Delicious Tender Venison Loin

Ingredients

  • 1 pound venison loin
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 teaspoon water

Instructions

  1. Place the venison loin on a plate and set off to the side. Then mix all of the remaining ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl to create the marinade.
  2. After the marinade is completely mixed, put in a gallon sized plastic bag with the venison loin. Let the meat soak in the marinade overnight.
  3. Remove the venison loin from the plastic bag and move it to a broiler pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F until the temperature is 5 degrees less than what you want. Use a meat thermometer by placing into the venison loin, and remove the venison from the oven when the internal temperature of the meat reaches 140°F degrees. Avoid overcooking so the meat does not dry out.
